Latex mattresses, are made out of rubber which is derived from a tree called Hevea Brazilensis. The rubber is processed and transformed into latex foam to make a mattress. The mattress can be split into 3, 5 or 7 zones and is available in different heights. Latex is a material which is anatomic and therefore supports the body to stay in the right position as when weight is applied, only that part of the mattress where the weight is, is effected. Our Latex mattresses also come with a zip-up cover and are always anti dust-mite & anti-allergic. Materassi & Materassi latex mattresses come with a 5 year guarantee.
Waterlattex is an evolution of latex, developed to improve on the shortcoming of latex and improve the support of the body. Waterlattex, is made from latex which undergoes a different manufacturing process developed and patented by Materassi & Materassi. It retains all advantages of Latex while eliminating all the disadvantages. It is produced from latex foam but injected with polyurethane water particles. The process makes the mattress more elastic and prevents it from moulding and loosing its shape. The Waterlattex is an anatomic and ergonomic mattress which works according to body weight to keep the body in the correct position while sleeping. The Waterlattex mattresses are always anti-allergic and anti dust-mite and are available with a choice of different materials for the outer cover.
Waterlattex Classic Teflon has a Teflon treated cover which is stain resistant.
Waterlattex Sfoderabile has a zip-up outer cover, so it is easily removable and washable .
Waterlattex Bielastico has a cover in material which is elasticated thus making the mattress a little softer. It is also available in a zip-up version, therefore easily removable and washable.
All Waterlattex mattresses come with a 15 year guarantee.
Medical mattresses are made out of a material called memory foam. This material was first developed by NASA for use on the space capsule’s seats of astronauts to reduce the G forces on their return to earth. Memory foam is a material with very high density and very elastic properties. Memory foam is the best that modern technology can offer.
Medical Form is a mattress made out of 17cm memory foam. Memory foam is a very dense and elastic material, which has a retardant memory. This mattress moulds to, contours and cradles every part of the body. It works in conjunction with body weight and heat, allowing you to get into your most comfortable position, naturally. Thanks to the retardant memory, it does not create any pressure on any part of the body, allows blood circulation to flow freely and takes the shape of every curve of your body. Medical mattresses have a special treatment (Airy foam) to allow adequate ventilation and the cover is also made from breathable material (Coolmax).
Water memory is a combination of Watercell on one side and Memory foam on the other. It is a double combination mattress having the advantage of choice of two types of mattresses. It is otherwise identical to Medical Form.
Dry form is similar to the Water Memory mattress but with different combinations of Watercell and Memory foam. It is otherwise identical to Medical Form.
All Medical mattresses are sanitized, have a removable cover and a 10 year guarantee.

The bottom layer of the foam base is in Waterlatex which provides the correct orthopeadic support and is also made with a mixture of essential oils of soya.
Watergreen Memory Green An innovative mattress comprising a concentration of natural active components: The upper layer of the foam base is made from Medical Form (Memory foam), mixed with vegetable oils to guarantee maximum comfort and anatomical well being. The bottom layer of the foam base is in Waterlattex with vegetable oils, produced in a formula which provides a high degree of ergonomic support. Orthopaedic mattresses. It is important to note that othopaedic mattresses were developed for people with back problems like scholioses. An orthopaedic mattress should only be used if so required by a medical condition as unnecessary use will result in sleeping in the wrong position. These also come in different rigidities. We have 2 types of orthopaedic mattresses the Ecoline and Eucalipto, so one can find the right rigidity to suit any particular requirement.
